Job description

Enjoy no call, a great lifestyle, and strong compensation while providing needed pain medicine services to the community. Lead the anesthesia department as they develop their surgical program. No call, ER coverage, and a flexible schedule allow you time to enjoy the community and recreational opportunities in the area.

The opportunity:

1. Practice independently providing pain medicine and work with hospital leadership as they grow their surgical program.
2. 4-day work week with 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage, providing an extraordinary work/life balance.
3. Strong referral base with a collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.
4. Ability to pick up call shifts in nearby communities.

Compensation Details:

1. Ongoing base salary up to $325K+ depending on experience.
2. Retention bonus and student loan incentives available, up to $30K per year.
3. 7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hours of CME with a $4,000 stipend.
