Advocate Health is seeking dedicated CRNAs to join the Anesthesiology Team at Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant, WI. This full-time role features Mon–Fri 10-hour days, no call, no holidays, no weekends, with AMCMP and Racine Surgery Center as sites, plus a $121–$159 hourly pay range and a sign-on bonus up to $100,000.

You will provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, oversee pre- and post-anesthesia duties, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and CRNA certification.
• Wisconsin APNP prescriber license required or obtained within 6 months.
• DEA registration and advanced certifications required or in progress.
• NRP, PALS and ACLS certifications required or to be obtained within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Assembles supplies and administers IV, spinal and other anesthetics.
• Monitors patients' vitals during anesthesia and documents care.
• Provides general, regional and monitored anesthesia care.
• Performs pre-anesthesia assessments and ensures readiness of equipment.
• Performs post-anesthesia duties and post-operative care coordination.
• Manages narcotic accounting and responds to emergencies.

Formation

Master's Degree in Nursing

RN license

CRNA certification

Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license (APNP)

DEA registration

NRP certification

PALS certification

ACLS certification
