Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Anesthesiology or Nursing.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible leadership in a clinical setting.
• NBCRNA certification is required.
• Current Michigan RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Michigan CRNA specialty license to practice as a CRNA.
• Member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe anesthetic patient care in the Operating Room and throughout the hospital.
• Administer, manage, and coordinate staff activities to optimize unit operations.
• Provide unit leadership and collaborate with medical staff, nursing, and the healthcare team.
• Develop a quality practice setting that supports professional nurse anesthesia practice.
• Enhance communication and feedback mechanisms within the team.
• Uphold organizational accountability for services provided to recipients.
