Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA invites applications for a CRNA to provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical spectrum within a collaborative anesthesia care team.

You will perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop care plans, administer and monitor anesthesia, and provide post-anesthesia care and pain management in ambulatory, inpatient and procedural settings using state‑of‑the‑art operating rooms and anesthesia technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Certified or eligible for certification as a CRNA.
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Preform pre- anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Practice at the top of your license within a collaborative anesthesia care team.
• Diverse case mix (general surgery, orthopedics, GI, OB, pediatrics, cardiac, etc.).

Hiring Range

$172,785.60 - $311,022.40 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
