Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team. The role offers sign-on bonuses up to $100,000, competitive pay, and compensation packages at the 90th percentile based on national survey data.

We provide a robust benefits package, including 40 days of annual paid vacation and tuition reimbursement. As a CRNA, you will perform clinical duties defined by privileges, maintain patient safety, monitor airway and anesthesia depth, and document care according to standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program.

Responsabilités

• Analyze patient data and medical history relevant to anesthesia procedures.
• Maintain a safe operating theatre environment and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids balance, and physiologic response.
• Complete surgical safety checklists, pre-operative assessments, intra-operative records, and transfer notes.
• Log incidents in the Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
