Cone Health Medical Group invites qualified CRNAs to join our anesthesia team. We offer robust benefits, sign-on incentives, and the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive anesthesia program.

We provide new compensation packages at the 90th percentile based on national survey data and 40 days of annual paid vacation, with a focus on supporting clinicians in diverse practice settings.

Formación

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data related to medical and surgical history and planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids according to safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to ensure patient safety.
• Complete documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
