Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our collaborative, CRNA-only team at Kell West Regional Hospital, a community-focused hospital in Wichita Falls, TX. Position Highlights:

• CRNA-only model – 3 CRNAs on-site daily
• $290,000 1099 + $12,000 leadership stipend
• 7 weeks off
• Malpractice insurance covered

Case Mix Includes:

• Urology, Orthopedic, Neuro, GYN, ENT, GI, General Surgery
• Some Pediatric ENT, Ortho, and Dental

• Proficiency in spinals and ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks required (Training available for candidates needing support in these areas)
• Home call only – no weekends
