Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) & Clinical Educator to join our team. This role combines clinical excellence with educational leadership, offering an opportunity to deliver exceptional care and shape future professionals in anesthesia.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform and supervise a full range of anesthesia procedures with confidence, precision, and compassion.
  2. Ensure documentation accuracy and thoroughness.
  3. Instruct nurse anesthesia students, residents, and medical students in anesthesia techniques, equipment use, and monitoring skills.
  4. Contribute to curriculum development and participate in clinical evaluation and departmental growth.
  5. Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia or related science with BSN; Doctorate preferred.
  • Credentials: Current Missouri RN license, advanced practice recognition, and National CRNA certification.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (current).
Skills
  • Expertise in anesthetic techniques, from routine to complex cases.
  • Effective educator with a patient, clear, and inspiring approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
