Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia and pain management services in a hospital setting. This role requires independent practice and a NM license, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia, performing pain techniques, and conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and PACU management.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current, active RN and CRNA licenses in New Mexico.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• At least 2 years of clinical CRNA experience, including independent practice and pain management.
• Proficiency in airway management, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and epidural techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
• Perform interventional pain techniques such as epidurals, nerve blocks, and injections.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized plans, and manage patients in the PACU.
• Exercise full-scope, independent practice within state regulations and hospital policies.
• Follow professional standards, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
