Job summary

UHA University Health Associates in Fairmont, WV, is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthetic care across procedures, in collaboration with supervising physicians. The role requires vigilant intraoperative monitoring, airway management, and post-anesthesia care within hospital policies.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment in non-academic facilities. Qualifications include an active WV RN license, APRN (Nurse Anesthetist) licensure, and COA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and APRN (CRNA) credential in WV required.
• Board certification/recertification by the COA required.
• Experience providing anesthesia in high-volume, fast-paced settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under supervision per department policies.
• Monitor patient response to anesthetic agents and adjust as needed.
• Perform airway management and invasive monitoring per protocol.
• Administer IV fluids and blood products with physician guidance.
• Document anesthesia records accurately and completely.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and postoperative assessment.
