Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia in Naples, Florida, seeks a Chief CRNA for a leadership role at the Surgery Center of Naples. The role involves delivering comprehensive anesthesia care, leading a care team, and ensuring high-quality perioperative services.

The position comes with a Total Rewards package including a $230K salary and a $75K sign-on incentive for a 3-year commitment, plus a comprehensive benefits portfolio and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

Current license as a registered professional nurse.
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
Monitor patient physiology and perform interventions as needed.
Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
