Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA in Cincinnati, Ohio to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care within a robust, team-based environment.

The role emphasizes airway management, anesthesia depth monitoring, and meticulous documentation while supporting patient safety and optimal outcomes. Strong credentials in nurse anesthesia are required, with opportunities for advanced practice growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsabilités

• Clinical responsibilities of the CRNA are delineated by his or her clinical privileges.
• Assist with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating all data pertinent to the patient’s medical and surgical history, with consideration of the planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids in accordance with accepted standards of safe practice.
• Support continuous airway, anesthesia depth, fluid status, and physiologic response monitoring for patient safety.
• Complete required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the computerized Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
