Qualifications

• CRNA certification by AANA and Utah RN licensure are required.
• Completion of AANA-approved program with practicum experience.
• Passing scores on the national AANA exam and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative evaluation and determine anesthetic management.
• Monitor equipment and administer general or regional anesthesia as prescribed.
• Manage anesthesia procedures and communicate developments to staff.
• Oversee recovery from anesthesia and document in records.
• Complete postoperative evaluation and accurate chart entries.
