Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (or its predecessor).

Responsibilities

• Assist with data review for patient history and planned procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Continuously monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and patient physiologic response.
• Complete surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, and transfer-of-care note.
• Log incident reporting in the Safety Portal; perform other duties as assigned.
