Job summary

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of surgical and procedural specialties. You will care for patients with complex anesthetic needs in both operating room and non-operating room settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes.

The role supports specialty teams, orientation, and ongoing education, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia
• NBCRNA certification required
• ACLS/BLS/PALS per NH policy
• RN licensure in appropriate state and CRNA endorsement
• Four to six week orientation with preceptor
• Knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of surgical and procedural specialties.
• Care for patients with complex and specialized anesthetic needs.
• Practice in operating room and non-operating room anesthesia environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing education, department initiatives, and specialty team development.
