Job summary

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center seeks a CRNA to deliver independent anesthesia care across diverse procedures and patient needs. You will work within a dynamic team at a major teaching hospital, joining a network that values clinical excellence and patient safety.

New grads are welcome, with orientation and preceptorship provided. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $100,000 and relocation bonus, plus access to continuing education and leadership support.

Qualifications

• RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS as required by policy
• New grads welcome – orientation and preceptorship provided
• Extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment
• Ability to modify anesthetic plan to patient age and status

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to patients across a broad age range
• Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
• Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
• Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume
