Job summary

Leading Locum seeks a CRNA for a 1099 contract in Atlanta, GA. The role involves performing MAC anesthesia in glaucoma, retina, and muscle cases with no on-call or weekend duties, Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm, with an emphasis on patient safety and precise airway management.

Qualified candidates will have two years of independent CRNA experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and certification through AANA). The practice is CRNA-only with modern Mod Med EMR and 30-45 day credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and nurse anesthesia program.
• Completed AANA Council on Certification or its predecessor.
• Two years of independent CRNA experience.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform conscious sedation/MAC anesthesia for outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Manage airway, emergence, and recovery from anesthesia.
• Assess patients and obtain informed consent for anesthesia.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and manage adverse effects.
• Respond to emergencies with airway management and ACLS capabilities.
