Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist invites CRNAs to join Premier Surgery Center in High Point, NC. Earn a competitive hourly pay range and work in a collaborative, nationally recognized system.

We offer flexible scheduling options, CME reimbursement, generous PTO, family leave, retirement contributions, recruitment incentives up to $140k and relocation support. You’ll provide anesthesia in outpatient settings including orthopedic and ENT cases.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• National Board certification as a CRNA.
• Current North Carolina CRNA licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia using safe, high-quality techniques during inpatient procedures.
• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists and mentor medical students.
• Develop patient care plans considering co-morbidities and age-related guidelines.
• Collaborate with the medical team for effective team-based care.
• Uphold patient safety and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to deliver timely patient care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources.
