Job summary

Medconnect is seeking a CRNA in Ocala, Florida for a large, established anesthesia team serving two hospitals. The role offers base salary up to $240,000 with significant bonuses, flexible self-scheduling, and a broad case mix. New graduates are encouraged to apply and enjoy generous PTO, and an autonomous, collaborative work environment.

Shifts include 8, 10, 12, 16 hour options and select 24-hour shifts. Overtime is paid time-and-a-half after 80 hours biweekly, with no OB or pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required.
• Board Certified NBCRNA.
• Active or eligible for Florida ARNP/APRN licensure.
• ATLS required if Trauma Team assignment.
• New graduate CRNAs welcome and encouraged to apply.
• No visa sponsorship currently available.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across diverse surgical cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and support staff.
• Mentor SRNAs and participate in clinical education.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
