Job summary

Envision is looking for dedicated CRNAs to join our team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital, located in Ocala, Florida. This position focuses on adult surgeries only within a collaborative care environment where you can enjoy a full range of practice.

The role offers attractive benefits including a $150K start date bonus, a 4-day work schedule with 10-hour shifts, an excellent $25k annual retention bonus starting in Year 3, and immediate health benefits. You’ll also have 8 weeks of PTO and a $3k annual CME reimbursement.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The role is part of a friendly and collaborative Care Team with a great relationship with Administration. The location is Ocala, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, central and arterial line placement.

• $150K Start Date Bonus
• Schedule of 4 10s (four ten‑hour shifts), no call, no weekends.
• No Peds and No OB – CRNAs focus on adult surgeries only.
• Excellent retention bonus of $25k per year starting on Year 3.
