Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Rochester, MI is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, collaborating with surgeons to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Duties include pre-anesthesia assessments, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia recovery, with on-call shifts on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or MAC) in collaboration with surgeons.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital policy and regulations.
