KTE Services in the Appleton, WI area is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing private practice. The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $220,000 to $235,000 per year and features a rare work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Employees may choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week, plus 6–8 weeks of PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
• Experience administering anesthesia across a variety of surgical procedures.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Join expanding team in a private anesthesia practice.
• Provide anesthesia care with a schedule offering no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
