This role offers a guaranteed base salary of $220,000 to $235,000 annually with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, plus a flexible schedule with five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week.

The position includes 6 to 8 weeks of PTO and paid holidays. Benefits start day one and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Current certification and licensure as an Anesthesiologist Assistant in Wisconsin
• Experience with a wide range of anesthesia techniques in a surgical setting
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and effective communication with the anesthesia care team
