The Specialty Alliance– Ambulatory Surgery Center in Missouri seeks a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team, delivering high-quality outpatient care while collaborating with physicians and ASC staff.

We offer an independent practice model with a high degree of autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a competitive compensation package including a sign-on bonus. This role features no on-call requirements, and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• CRNA credential and eligible state license.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards.
