Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a per diem role across ORs and Out of OR locations. The position offers a favorable schedule with no weekends and a comprehensive education allowance for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include preoperative assessment, anesthesia induction and maintenance, airway management, and postoperative care in collaboration with a physician. NBCRNA certification and ACLS/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required and a Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia is required.
• CRNA must be NBCRNA-certified with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-anesthetic assessments and plans.
• Induce, maintain and emerge from anesthesia using general or regional techniques.
• Monitor and adjust anesthesia; manage airways and ventilation.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and collaborate with physicians.
• Teach and supervise Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
