Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team in Milton, MA. The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities (minimum 0.6 FTE) with 10-hour or 9-hour shifts, collaborating under an Anesthesia Care Team model.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with MA RN licensure in the expanded CRNA role, NBCRNA certification, and graduation from an AANA-accredited anesthesia program.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure in expanded role of nurse anesthetist required.
• Graduation from an AANA-accredited anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification and maintenance per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative assessments and individualized anesthesia plans with surgical team.
• Intra-Operative administration of anesthesia and airway management.
• Post-Operative emergence, recovery evaluation, and pain management.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff.
