Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia administration in a modern ASC setting. This role offers both W-2 and 1099 employment models, ensuring clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling options of 2-5 days a week.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) accredited by COA, as well as state licensure as a CRNA in Indiana. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required.
• Maintains necessary certification and hospital privileges.
