Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join HCA Kingwood in the Houston area. This full-time role offers a 46-week schedule with 6 weeks off, a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts, and no call, nights, or weekends.

Case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Radiology and ENT. We provide competitive W2 compensation of $270,000, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and a strong support team from corporate leaders and local anesthesia staff.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible CRNA.
• Strong clinical background with ability to handle diverse case types, including OB.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative anesthesia care model.
