Extra hours beyond grid are $200/hour. Team model: 1 anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs daily; case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT; no OB or CV.
