Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking a full-time Nurse Anesthetist to administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures across all age groups. The role offers a structured 32-hour workweek with two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, with no call or weekend requirements.

The successful candidate will be part of a family-like team, providing high-quality anesthesia in various settings. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Current Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA Council on Certification or eligible for certification.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina.
• Current Verification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures.
• Provide anesthesia for all age groups: neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Work under the professional direction of an anesthesiologist or surgeon.
