Job summary

ICFAI in North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time 32-hour week across two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift. No on-call, weekends, or excessive holidays are required. Procedures span OR, Endoscopy, OB, Cardiac Cath Lab and Lithotripsy Unit.

Ideal candidates hold current CRNA certification (or eligibility), NC RN licensure, and NC BON CRNA verification; BCLS/ACLS/PALS; NRP on hire or within 6 months.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification or eligibility.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Verification as CRNA by NC Board of Nursing.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP on hire or within 6 months.
• Credentials / Reappointment per IHS bylaws.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical and other procedures for all ages.
• Work across OR, Endoscopy, OB, Cardiac Cath Lab and Lithotripsy Unit.
• Full-time, 32-hour week with two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift; no call or weekends; one holiday per year.

Education

CRNA certification (AANA) or eligible

RN licensure in North Carolina

CRNA verification by NC Board of Nursing

BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP on hire or within 6 months
