Job summary

Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Department. This full-time position includes call with scheduled cases from 7:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., and a 12 days on / 9 days off pattern; weekends/holidays on first-call schedule. The CRNA will perform anesthesia services across local, regional, and general techniques, covering newborn to geriatric patients, and will participate in preanesthetic evaluations,

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license and APNP licensure required.
• Credential with AANA and NBCRNA certification required.
• Two years of CRNA experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; independent but flexible.

Responsibilities

• Performs preanesthetic evaluations.
• Delivers anesthesia via local, regional, and general techniques.
• Monitors anesthetic management and responds to complications.
• Coordinates with surgeons and postoperative care.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Supports hospital safety and quality programs.
