Job summary

SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support our Waupun and Fond du Lac sites. You will practice at the top of your license with independent responsibilities and a diverse case mix including General, ortho, OB/GYN, pediatrics, podiatry, thoracic, EP, GI.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays. We offer a comprehensive financial package with competitive salary based on experience and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin.
• Must be a CRNA to cover independent practice sites.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Flexible team player.
