Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA for Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida.

The role provides comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical services, including OB, vascular, neuro, orthopedics, urology, radiology and beyond, with a team-based approach to patient safety and care excellence. You will perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss plans with patients, manage induction and emergence, and support departmental leadership.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Case Assignments & Schedule

• General, Endo, Ortho, OB, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Radiology, Electrophysiology & more
• 4 Person OB Team. (91.25) 24hr Shifts Per Year. Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Must be proficient in OB.
