Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers general and regional anesthesia under physician supervision.
• Performs pre-operative evaluation and collaborates with surgeon/anesthesiologist.
• Monitors intraoperative patient status and maintains stability.
• Precepts student nurse anesthetists and ensures safe practice.
• Maintains accurate controlled substances accounting per department guidelines.
• Rotates through Anaheim and Irvine locations and complies with policies.

Education

Graduate of an educational program in Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs and Schools
