Job summary

Florida Gulf Coast University's Marieb College of Health & Human Services and the School of Nursing are seeking Assistant/Associate Professor CRNA educators to teach at the graduate level and to be involved in course and curriculum development and research/scholarship. The positions will report to the Director of Nursing and may be based on the main campus or at off-campus sites within our region.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree with a Nurse Anesthesia major from a regionally accredited institution and a nationally accredited nurse anesthesia program (or equivalent).
• Three or more years of clinical CRNA experience.
• Florida Advanced Practice Nurse license or eligibility.
• NBCRNA certification.
• Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level DNP Nurse Anesthesiology courses and other graduate nursing courses as qualified.
• Mentor students on the DNP Project.
• Conduct clinical teaching, simulation labs, and advising.
• Engage in scholarship, service, and program advancement.
