223 Aurora Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in collaboration with the surgical team at our Wisconsin facility.

The role supports general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care per the anesthesia plan. The position offers a M-F 0700-1500 schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, and pay range $97.75–$156.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND Active national board certification as CRNA by NBCRNA.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire. If Illinois practice: Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by site/practice and/or role before or within 6 months of hire.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides all elements of pre-anesthesia, anesthesia and post-anesthesia services including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Delivers anesthesia care and manages anesthetic plan with surgeon/anesthesiologist team.
• Performs preoperative evaluation and ensures readiness of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Assesses patient status and responds to emergencies with advanced airway management and emergency drugs as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
