Job summary

Pipestone County Medical Center & Family Clinic is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver anesthesia services across OR, outpatient, OB and PACU settings. The CRNA will lead staff, collaborate with medical and nursing leadership, and participate in performance improvement and budgeting activities.

Qualifications include a CRNA program graduate with a Master’s Degree, Minnesota APRN licensure or multi-state licensure, and appropriate certifications (BLS/CPR,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved CRNA program.
• Master’s Degree required.
• Active Minnesota APRN license or multi-state licensure as applicable.
• CRNA certification and recertification as required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; CALS with newborn module OR ACLS, PALS and NRP as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in OR, Outpatient Surgery, OB and PACU.
• Manage staff and consult with medical staff and Nursing Services Manager.
• Participate in PI activities and budget formulation.
• Deliver pain management with state-of-the-art guidelines and dosing.
