Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) in Austin, TX seeks a CRNA for a 7 on/7 off schedule. You will perform pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, maintenance and emergence, and manage anesthesia across general inpatient/outpatient settings, including OB, neuro, EP, and trauma cases.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments across a full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Pre-anesthesia assessment and obtaining patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor physiological status and perform clinical interventions as needed.
