Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a CRNA for a weekend shift in Austin, TX (two 12-hour days: Saturday and Sunday). The team serves St. David's Health Care facilities with diverse cases and a collaborative care model.

Salary ranges from $200,000 to $260,000 per year, prorated for 0.8 FTE, with a $100,000 sign-on incentive prorated accordingly. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability, AD&D, PTO, FSA/HSA, 401(k) & profit sharing, malpractice coverage, and

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
