Job summary

Advocate Health in Burlington & Lakeland, Wisconsin seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a multidisciplinary team. The CRNA-led model provides general, regional, and monitored anesthesia for adult surgical cases.

Candidates must hold CRNA certification, Wisconsin RN license, and state APNP license; benefits include a $100k sign-on bonus, licensure cost coverage, CME support, and generous PTO with a culture of mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and CRNA certification.
• Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• Active CRNA certification by AANA.
• APNP license for Wisconsin for prescriptive authority.
• DEA registration required.
• PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications within 6 months where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preanesthesia assessment and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver anesthesia with induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Manage airway, medications, fluids, and temperature regulation.
• Perform post-anesthesia care and transfer of custody with surgeon/team.
• Respond to emergencies with advanced cardiac life support.
• Collaborate within a CRNA-led team across elective and emergency cases.
