Job description

CRNA Perm Opening in Northwestern Indiana:

• Setting: Covering 1 small hospital
• Staff description: 6 providers total both MDs and CRNAs doing own cases
• Schedule: Work 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Share call every 3rd night and every 4th weekend from home. Call is for OB only (taken independently)
• Case Types: Healthy Peds, OB/GYN, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Eyes, & ENT Cases. Regional includes spinals, epidurals, & blocks
• Compensation: $330k - $10k retention - 1099 - 13 weeks off!
• Draw to the area: affordable place to live, located conveniently in north central Indiana and a short driving distance away from larger cities like Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Chicago, Illinois.
