Job summary

Capital City Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced CRNA to join our ambulatory surgery team. This fast-paced 10-bed center offers no call, no weekends, and no holiday work with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7:30–3:00.

Procedures include orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT, pediatrics, and GYN. We offer a competitive total rewards package: base salary around $240,000 with a $75,000 sign-on, comprehensive benefits, fully paid malpractice coverage, loan repayment options, and generous

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Case Assignments & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30-3:00, no holidays and no weekends. We provide a late schedule rotation and out order so that staff can plan their days accordingly.
• Full spectrum of outpatient anesthesia—orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN.
