Job summary

Blue Ridge Surgery Center, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking CRNAs for immediate openings at an 8-bed ambulatory surgery center. The position offers a base salary of $240K plus a $75K sign-on incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule features no call, weekends, or holiday work, with full spectrum anesthesia coverage including orthopedic, cataracts, retina, ENT pediatrics, and GYN cases. RN license and AANA certification required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Since then, it has grown to six operating rooms with two procedure rooms. Today, this location spans 13,000 square feet and is staffed by 80 professionals, including long-tenured teammates.
