Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join the Department of Anesthesiology in Aurora, CO.

The CRNA/CAA administers care under the medical direction of an attending Anesthesiologist, documenting pre-, intra-, and post-operative care and supporting quality assurance processes. This is a full-time onsite position at UW affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nurse anesthetist or anesthesiologist assistant program.
• Active Colorado RN license and certification by AANA or AAANA.
• Eligibility for the advanced practice registry.

Responsibilities

• Administers care under the medical direction of an attending Anesthesiologist.
• Documents pre-, intra-, and post-operative care and participates in quality assurance reviews.
• Work on-site at UCD affiliated hospitals, including University of Colorado Hospital.
