Job summary

Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC seeks CRNAs for immediate openings at an 8-bed ambulatory center. No call, weekends, or holidays; 1099 hourly position.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, induction, maintenance, emergence, and patient consent discussions; must hold RN license and be trained in nurse anesthesia with AANA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments: full spectrum outpatient anesthesia—orthopedics, cataracts, retinas, ENT pediatrics, and GYN.
• Pre-anesthesia assessment.
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition.
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Immediate CRNA openings at Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, NC; flexible, fast-paced 8-bed ambulatory surgery center. Blue Ridge Surgery Center was established in 1985 on Blue Ridge Road with four operating rooms. Since then, it has grown to six operating rooms with two procedure rooms. Today, this location spans 13,000 square feet and is staffed by 80 professionals, including long-tenured teammates. • Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an \"S\" Corp or \"C\" Corp
• Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits
