UAB Medicine is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical cases at the UAB St. Vincent’s Birmingham campus.

The team emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative academic environment, offering opportunities to work across multiple surgical specialties and participate in educational activities with nurse anesthesia students. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (required).
• APN with CRNA Specialty certified by the Alabama Board of Nursing (required).
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse procedures.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
• Adhere to Department of Anesthesiology policies and procedures.
