Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
