Responsibilities :
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), aiming for positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
  • Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications :
  • Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Currently licensed or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Maintain current BLS / CPR certification, as required by the state or facility type.
