CRNA Locums and Permanent position near Chicago, located in beautiful Northern Illinois. Please see the details below:

• Start as soon as credentialed (approximately 1 month) and ongoing
• Flexible scheduling: 8h, 10h, 12h, 16h shifts, weekdays and weekends available
• Level II Trauma Center with 348 beds and 11 ORs
• Locums would handle bread-and-butter cases in the OR, Endoscopy, etc. Locums do not take Call
• Travel, lodging, and paid malpractice insurance included
• Permanent position with private practice employment
